Al Sultan Market provides reliable, nationwide wholesale distribution across the UK. We operate a specialized fleet and partner with industry-leading couriers to ensure your food and drink supplies arrive in optimal condition.
- Delivery Areas & Schedules
- Mainland UK:We deliver Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Regional Specifics:Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may incur additional transit times and surcharges.
- London & Home Counties:Daily delivery slots are available for high-volume wholesale partners.
- Shipping Rates & Minimum Order Value (MOV)
To keep our wholesale prices competitive, we utilize a tiered shipping structure:
- Standard Delivery:Free on orders over £500(excl. VAT).
- Small Order Surcharge:Orders below the MOV will incur a flat shipping fee.
- Palletized Shipping:Bulk orders exceeding 10kg are shipped via pallet. Ensure your premises can accommodate a tail-lift vehicle.
- Lead Times
- Ambient Goods:Typically dispatched within 24–48 hours for Next-Day Delivery if ordered before [10:00 am].
- Chilled & Frozen:Dispatched via temperature-controlled logistics. Delivery dates will be confirmed via your Account Manager to ensure someone is on-site to receive the goods.
- Receiving Your Delivery
As per UK B2B commercial law, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- Inspection:A representative must be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect all crates/pallets for visible damage or shortages before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Shortages:Any missing items must be noted on the driver’s manifest and reported to info@alsultanmarket.com within 24 hours.
- Temperature-Controlled Logistics
For our chilled and frozen range, we maintain a strict Cold Chain protocol. If your business is not open during the scheduled delivery window, we cannot leave perishable items unattended.
- Click & Collect
Wholesale customers may collect orders directly from our our Warehouse Location between 9:00 am : 8:00 pm. Select “Collection” at checkout to bypass shipping fees.
